The New Yorker was an illustrative project created to test my creative creative skills for cover design. the goal for the project was to create an illustrative cover for New York Times (not officially). And the theme was supposed to revolve around a season of our choosing, that either being winter, spring, summer fall. Having the creative freedom to chose what it could be revolved around, whether its a holiday, the rule was it had to be associated with the season. My chosen season was Fall since it is my favorite season, the idea behind this illustration was to show the colorfulness of Fall. Sometimes day could be wet, muggy and dull, and the next moment it could be dry, warm and colorful! This illustration was meant to show the transition between those two emotions.
